DECOVER ORGANIC PAINTS Decoration of Sheet Glass Fenzi offers a wide range of cold paint products for jumbo sized sheet glass used to produce internal architecture and architectural panels in housing, offices and shops. Decover paints are offered as mono or bi component paint systems and can be generally applied to the glass on flat silvering lines which include adequate cleaning, preparation of the glass, curtain application and continuous oven for curing. Normally one curing is sufficient to dry the paint; the recommended cycle is 150ºC for 4 minutes to achieve optimum results. After curing, decorated glass can be further processed for example cut, drilled, ground and bevelled. Desired results relating to application thickness, hardness, colour and appearance can be adjusted by fine tuning the production process parameters. Decorated Glass panels may require careful handling and packaging in order to avoid any damage during storage and transportation. Tailor made decoration Fenzi offers a variety of solutions for decorating pre cut and pre formed glass. To this end a new series of products are available offering an infinite number of colour shades and effects in both solvent and water based paint systems. The paints can be applied by spray, screen printing or roller coating by using the required diluents and solvents available from the vast range of complementary products. In order to achieve optimum results in either continuous or static ovens, it is necessary to adjust the time and temperature according to the weight and dimensions of the product being decorated. Tintoglass System: Your colours, fast, in right quantities! With the Tintoglass system nearly every colour is possible. This system enables, using a tinting machine, all colours to be prepared using the Glassolux, Glassodur and Aquaglass paints. The system is supplied with additional products to further increase the available colour shades and opacity levels, plus additives to aid the adhesion of the products to the glass, this technology is supplied exclusively by Fenzi. The Tintoglass system offers reduced production time, the ability to produce small or larger quantities enabling a fast service in the supply of tints and samples and of course perfect formulation of products.
