pursuant to EU Regulation No. 679/2016, this is to duly inform you about the aims and procedures for common and/or sensitive personal data processing with regard to you and your employees, as well as of the communication and dissemination scope of the latter, the nature of data in our possession and of their transfer.

A – Data Controller

The Data Controller is FENZI S.P.A. Via Trieste, 13/15 - 20067 – Tribiano (MI), through its legal representative Mr. Matteo Padovan.

B – Processing purpose

Any personal data which you might enter (Surname and Name; telephone numbers, e-mail) as part of the registration procedure for the FENZI S.P.A. (www.fenzigroup.com) website, are collected with the prior consent you can give by “flagging” the relevant field. The processing scope shall be exclusively limited to the purposes for which you have registered (newsletter subscription, technical-business information, contact request).

C – Data storage period

The personal data which have been entered shall be kept for the whole duration of the business relationship with FENZI S.P.A. then for another ten years, according to the provisions currently in force.

D – Rights of the data subject

Having regard to data being processed according to this information sheet, the data subject, at any time, shall have the following rights:

• Erasure, only after the period provided according to the regulation in force - 17 GDPR No. 2016/679
• Limitation, within limits allowing for continuation and management of employment relations – art. 18 GDPR No. 2016/679
• Portability - art. 20 GDPR No. 2016/679
• Objection to processing, within limits allowing for continuation and management of work relations - art 21 GDPR No. 2016/679
• Withdrawing consent to processing, notwithstanding the lawfulness of processing based on consent acquired before the said withdrawal, within limits allowing for continuation and management of employment relations - art 7 par 3 GDPR No. 2016/679
• Lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority for personal data protection - art 51 GDPR No. 2016/679

The aforesaid rights may be exercised by means of sending a message to the certified e-mail account fenzispa@legalmail.it, or a registered letter with return receipt to the following address: Via Trieste 13/15 – 20067 Tribiano (MI).

Please also note that any incorrect data may jeopardize use of the services for which you have registered.

Consent to the use of cookies.

For our website to function properly we use cookies. To obtain your valid consent for the use and storage of cookies in the browser you use to access our website and to properly document this we use a consent management platform: CookieFirst. Our website and CookieFirst automatically collect and store information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. The following data is collected:

• The date and time you have visited our website
• The webpage url where you saved or updated your consent preferences
