Transfer Conveyor Tables

These conveyor tables are designed for the seamless transfer of glass sheets to and from the previous or next machine in the production line.

Features and Specifications:
  • Customizable Table Size: Table dimensions can be adapted to meet customer requirements.
  • Synchronized Transport Speed: The transport speed is synchronized with adjacent machines to ensure smooth and efficient glass transfer.
  • Rigid Frame Structure: The machine frame is constructed to be highly rigid, minimizing vibration during the transfer and printing of heavy glass sheets.
  • Lifting Function: The structure includes a lifting mechanism that elevates the table 3 mm above the rollers, facilitating easy manual loading and unloading of glass sheets.
  • Roller Drive System: Rollers are driven by a three-phase motor, controlled by a frequency inverter for precise speed regulation.
