Ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Maastricht en productielocaties bevinden zich in Nederland, USA en op diverse locaties in Azië. In Maastricht werken ± 200 medewerkers. Sinds februari 2022 maakt FENZI AGT onderdeel uit van de Fenzigroup, behorende tot de wereldtop in de glasindustrie.

De afdeling Production bestaat uit 3 delen, ieder onder leiding van een Supervisor Production: Smelterij, Make-To-Stock (MTS), en Make-To-Order (MTO). Deze vacature betreft de teams van MTO die werkzaam zijn in 2-ploegendienst of in dagdienst.

De functie:

Als Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van het productieproces MTO zodanig dat producten steeds tijdig en in de juiste kwaliteit en hoeveelheid beschikbaar zijn voor de volgende stap in het productieproces. Je monitort de voortgang en stuurt bij aan de hand aangereikte van week- en dagplanning.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

• Leiding geven aan teams MTO: Operators en Assistant Teamleads; coachen van medewerkers, toepassen van personeelsbeleid en zorgen voor interne overlegstructuur en eenduidige communicatie.
• Zorgen dat werkvloervoorraden grondstoffen en halffabricaten steeds correct beschikbaar en inzichtelijk zijn.
• Zorgen voor operationele conditie van installaties, machines en rollend materieel.
• Analyseren van productiegegeven en doen van verbetervoorstellen.
• Leiden van of deelnemen aan (multidisciplinaire) project- of werkgroepen t.b.v. verbeteringen
• Zorgen voor up-to-date procedures, lessen en instructies, toezien op voortgang (interne) opleidingen.
• Deelnemen aan interne en externe audits.
• Uitdragen van veiligheidsbeleid, aanspreken op onveilig werken van teamleden, doen van voorstellen ter verbetering van veiligheid van werken.

In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Production Manager.

Jouw profiel

• HBO werk- en denkniveau, met ruime ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een industriële omgeving.
• Je bent resultaat- en kwaliteitgericht met een pro-actieve instelling en groot gevoel voor eigenaarschap.
• Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen helicopterview en hands-on benadering.
• Je bent een leider die de juiste balans houdt tussen enthousiasmeren/motiveren en strikt optreden.
• Je communiceert gemakkelijk met diverse partijen.
• Je beschikt over analytische kwaliteiten en probleemoplossend vermogen.
• Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands en Engels en werkt gemakkelijk met diverse computertoepassingen.

The main office of the Business Unit is situated in Maastricht with production locations in the Netherlands, the USA and in various locations throughout Asia. The Production department consists of three sections, each led by a Production Supervisor: Smelter, Make-To-Stock (MTS), and Make-To-Order (MTO). This vacancy concerns the MTO teams, which operate in a 2-shift system or in a dayshift system.

The Role:
As Supervisor Production, you are responsible for managing the MTO production process, ensuring that products are consistently available on time, in the right quality and quantity, for the next step in the production process. You monitor progress and make adjustments based on the provided weekly and daily planning.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading MTO teams: Operators and Assistant Team Leads; coaching employees, applying HR policies, and ensuring internal communication structures and clear communication.
• Ensuring that shop floor inventories of raw materials and semi-finished products are always correctly available and transparent.
• Ensuring the operational condition of installations, machines, and rolling equipment.
• Analyzing production data and proposing improvements.
• Leading or participating in (multidisciplinary) project or working groups aimed at improvements.
• Ensuring up-to-date procedures, lessons, and instructions; monitoring progress of (internal) training programs.
• Participating in internal and external audits.
• Promoting safety policies, addressing unsafe behavior among team members, and proposing improvements to workplace safety.

In this role, you report to the Production Manager.

Your Profile:

• Higher education (HBO) level, with substantial experience in a leadership role within an industrial environment.
• You are result- and quality-oriented with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
• You easily switch between a helicopter view and a hands-on approach.
• You are a leader who maintains the right balance between motivating/inspiring and acting decisively.
• You communicate easily with various stakeholders.
• You possess analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• You speak and write Dutch and English and are comfortable working with various computer applications.
