What are we looking for?
Junior Marketing & Communication Specialist
The selected candidate will join a marketing team composed of a Communication & Art Direction Manager and a technical specialist dedicated to product content development. The team also works with a network of external suppliers to deliver dedicated marketing projects.
Within this context, the Junior Marketing & Communication Specialist will act as the operational hub of the team and will be responsible for the following activities:
- Independently manage the publication and coordination of content across social media channels and the corporate website, ensuring alignment with the communication plan
- Transform technical product content — developed by the team’s technical specialist — into effective communication materials tailored to different channels and target markets
- Create and manage press reviews and editorial calendars
- Provide operational support in the development of communication campaigns and technical marketing initiatives, both in digital environments and through events
- Coordinate the organization of trade shows and corporate events in Italy and abroad
- Monitor competitors’ and customers’ media presence and social channels, preparing periodic reports to support team decision-making
- Collaborate with international subsidiaries on global communication activities, under the supervision of the Communication Manager
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields — applications from recent graduates with relevant extracurricular experiences will also be considered
- At least 2 years of experience in communication, events, or field marketing roles, preferably within B2B environments
- Ability to work with technical content and adapt it into different communication formats and styles according to the channel and target audience
- Experience or familiarity with managing external creative suppliers (agencies, freelancers, graphic design studios)
- Strong teamwork skills within small and structured teams, combined with the ability to independently manage operational activities
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy and abroad
