Process Engineer (dagdienst, fulltime)

Jouw uitdaging

Bij Fenzi AGT werk je projectmatig aan het optimaliseren en standaardiseren van een breed scala aan productie- en ondersteunende processen, waaronder onze waterbehandelingsinstallaties en luchtemissiesystemen. Als Process Engineer analyseer je processen, signaleer je verbeterkansen en zet je deze om in concrete oplossingen die bijdragen aan kwaliteit, efficiëntie, veiligheid en duurzaamheid. Daarbij houd je continu rekening met onze hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden en de geldende wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van arbo, veiligheid en milieu en borg je deze aspecten in robuuste processen.

Wat ga je doen?

• Optimaliseren, standaardiseren, monitoren en controleren van de verschillende productieprocessen en zijstromen
• Projectmatig voorstellen, ontwikkelen, testen en implementeren van investeringsprojecten t.b.v.  procesoptimalisaties.
• Praktisch begeleiden en uitvoeren van proeven, metingen en implementaties op de werkvloer, in nauwe samenwerking met productie, maintenance en EHS.
• Monitoren, bewaken en verbeteren van de uitvoering van milieumaatregelen.
• Troubleshooting: oplossen van meer complexe procesverstoringen en het doen van verbetervoorstellen
• Beheer van documentatie en les- en instructiematerialen.
• Mee uitdragen van veiligheidsbeleid Fenzi AGT.

Wat breng jij mee?

• Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding Chemische Technologie, Procestechnologie of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding. Affiniteit met procesverbetering, techniek en duurzaamheid.
• Kennis van of interesse in industriële waterbehandeling en luchtbehandeling.
• Een analytische mindset en het vermogen om complexe vraagstukken inzichtelijk te maken.
• Doorzettingsvermogen: je pakt problemen aan totdat je een oplossing hebt gevonden.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en de drive om samen resultaten te behalen.
• Enkele jaren ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving is een pre.
• Kennis, ervaring of affiniteit met procesmonitoringssoftware (bijvoorbeeld Ignition) is een pre.
• Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels op een professioneel niveau.

Als technology owner draag jij bij aan het opbouwen van proceskennis en de vertaling naar duidelijke standaarden voor de bedrijfsvoering. Je denkt in oplossingen, neemt initiatief en durft met nieuwe ideeën te komen. Bovendien wil je jezelf blijven ontwikkelen en écht impact maken in een dynamische productieomgeving.

Process Engineer (fulltime)

At FENZI AGT in Maastricht, we are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Process Engineering / Continuous Improvement team. You will work on project-based optimization and standardization of a broad range of production and supporting processes, including our water treatment installations and air emission systems.

Your challenge

As Process Engineer, you analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities and turn them into practical solutions that improve quality, efficiency, safety and sustainability. You continuously take our high quality standards and applicable occupational health, safety and environmental regulations into account, embedding these requirements in robust processes.

What you will really be doing

• Optimizing, standardizing, monitoring and controlling production processes and side streams

• Proposing, developing, testing and implementing investment projects for process optimization

• Hands-on coordination and execution of trials, measurements and implementations on the shop floor, working closely with Production, Maintenance and EHS

• Monitoring, safeguarding and improving the implementation of environmental measures

• Troubleshooting complex process disruptions and developing improvement proposals

• Managing documentation, training materials and work instructions

• Actively promoting FENZI AGT safety policy

What you bring

• A completed BSc or MSc degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a comparable technical discipline

• Affinity with process improvement, technology and sustainability

• Knowledge of or interest in industrial water treatment and air treatment

• An analytical mindset and the ability to make complex issues clear and understandable

• Persistence: you keep working on problems until you find a solution

• Strong communication skills and the drive to achieve results together

• Several years of experience in an industrial environment is an advantage

• Knowledge, experience or affinity with process monitoring software, such as Ignition, is an advantage

• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English
