Under the direction of the Mirror Paint Research and Development Manager and in collaboration with him, the candidate will be responsible for the following areas:

Conduct chemical/physical laboratory tests using instrumentation to verify the application properties of paints
Conduct scouting activities for alternative raw materials
Plan and conduct laboratory tests to verify and validate new raw materials
Formulate paints with application properties that meet market needs
Providing technical assistance to customers abroad

The candidate must be able to perform specific analyses and interpret the results, and will liaise with the Research Manager and the Mirror Paint Technical Assistance Manager.

Yes Requirements:

Master's degree in chemistry with 3-5 years of experience in the field of industrial paints.
Good knowledge of English.
Availability for national and international travel.
Use of Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on reporting and good knowledge of spreadsheets.
Strong interpersonal skills and a propensity for teamwork.
