Ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Maastricht en productielocaties bevinden zich in Nederland, USA en op diverse locaties in Azië. In Maastricht werken ± 200 medewerkers. Sinds februari 2022 maakt FENZI AGT onderdeel uit van de Fenzi Group, behorende tot de wereldtop in de glasindustrie.
Voor uitbreiding van ons Maintenance team in Maastricht zijn wij op zoek naar nieuwe collega’s in de functie van Allround Technicus E-W. Het team bestaat uit 8 medewerkers, variërend van jong ervaren tot zeer ervaren en staat onder leiding van Ger Onnou. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in dagdienst, met incidenteel overwerk in het weekend. Daarnaast kent het team een periodieke consignatiedienst.
Als Allround Technicus ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verrichten van onderhoud en reparaties aan het machinepark en aan installaties, waarmee je een belangrijke rol vervult in de veiligheid, continuïteit en effectiviteit van onze bedrijfsprocessen.
Wat zijn je taken?
- Analyseren en verhelpen van storingen aan productie-installaties.
- Uitvoeren van root cause analysis en implementeren van voorgestelde verbeteringen.
- Uitvoeren van (preventief) onderhoud en reparaties aan (besturing van) procesinstallaties.
- Uitvoeren van revisie- en modificatiewerkzaamheden.
- Rapporteren van bevindingen, genomen maatregelen enz. met gebruik van je eigen handheld.
- Instrueren, begeleiden en toezien op werkzaamheden van monteurs van derden.
Veiligheid is belangrijk! Wij volgen veiligheidsrichtlijnen waaronder Arbo wetgeving en -reglementen, en interne procedures m.b.t. werkvergunningen, LOTOTO, enz.
Wat is jouw profiel?
- Mbo 4 opleiding elektrotechniek/ meet- en regeltechniek/ werkbouwtuigkunde.
- Bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Zelfstandig en teamspeler.
- Veilig, accuraat, structureel en doelgericht.

To expand our Maintenance team in Maastricht, we are looking for new colleagues in the position of Allround Technician E-M. Our team consists of 8 employees, ranging from young to very experienced and is led by Ger Onnou.
The function:
As an Allround Technician it is your responsibility to performing maintenance and repair task to our machinery and installations. With this you haven an important role in the safety, continuity and effectiveness of our business processes.
Your tasks include:
- Analyzing and resolving malfunctions at production installations.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement proposed improvements.
- Performing (preventive) maintenance and repairs to (control of) process installations.
- Performing revision and modification work.
- Reporting findings, measures taken, etc. using your own handheld.
- Instructing, supervising and guiding the work of third-party technicians.
Safety is important! We comply with safety guidelines including occupational health and safety legislation and regulations, and internal procedures regarding work permits, LOTOTO, etc.
Your profile:
- A completed MBO4 degree in electrical engineering / mechanical engineering
- Preferably several years of experience in a similar position.
- Good communication skills
- Independent and team player
- Safe, accurate, structural and goal oriented.
