Aquaglass is a mono-component water-based paint known for its exceptional features and broad range of opaque colors, including satin and metallic finishes. It produces very hard painted surfaces suitable for drilling, grinding, or beveling. Curing Cycle:
IR Combi: Hot air setting for no less than 3 minutes at 50°C (122°F) and IR curing at 100/120°C (212/248°F) for 3-4 minutes.
Hot Air: 4-6 minutes at 130/140°C (266/284°F) max, with no less than 2 minutes setting time.
Room Temperature: Touch-dry after 20-30 minutes.
Static Oven: 7-8 minutes at 130/140°C (266/285°F), 30-40 minutes at 70/90°C (158/194°F), 24 hours at 35/40°C (95/104°F).
