Application guidelines

Ensure application surfaces are clean, dry, and free from fatty residue. Apply Butylver TPS 2020 at a temperature between 110 °C and 140 °C using suitable TPS extruders. Prior to application, it's recommended to Pre-condition the material up to 50 °C. Additionally, maintaining an ambient temperature above 18°C during the application process is necessary for optimal results.

Shelf life & Storage

Butylver TPS 2020 has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in its original containers. For optimal performance, it is recommended to store it in dry and cool rooms with temperatures maintained between +10 °C and +30 °C.
